Kevin Fisher is an ecologist and Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) who specializes in wetlands, habitat restoration, and mitigation design projects. Since 1997, he has participated in the planning, design, and implementation of more than 50 stream and wetland restoration projects that span habitats from the coastal zone to tidal marshes to high altitude riparian meadows. Kevin has extensive experience with regulatory compliance including preparation of environmental assessments, permit application documents, and CEQA evaluations of impacts to biologic resources. He is skilled in developing practical and effective BMPs to minimize construction-related impacts to aquatic and terrestrial resources. He has managed maintenance, restoration, and mitigation projects for public and private clients through all phases of the project lifecycle. Kevin works closely with engineers to develop restoration designs, erosion control plans, as well as perform on-site construction management. His construction management experience includes on-site inspections for remediation and restoration projects, plan submittal review, biological monitoring, and revegetation and erosion control expertise.
